Live Arrival Guarantee & Refund Policy
- A request for refund/replacement must be made within six hours of the delivery date (tracked by our courier).
- The test tube must not have its warranty seal removed to be eligible.
- A video of the tube (with the seal on) should be sent alongside your order number and complaint to our email: info@theantshop.co.uk
Fertility Guarantee
- Please email us at info@theantshop.co.uk for enquiries. We will discuss the nature of the queens progress, and its care, and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
- Colonies bought with workers are ineligible for this guarantee.
